NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final and unfortunately there are no refunds/returns due to sanitary reasons. There is a cancellation fee if you cancel before shipping your product out. If you have any questions please refer to our email [email protected] , we are always more than happy to help.
I used the wrong Address: if your order has not been shipped, please send us an email and we will correct it for you.
My order was shipped and I used the wrong address: Once an order has been shipped, you will need to contact USPS so they can correct it before it arrives.

Please note the once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to it and it is your responsibility to collect your order at the shipping address that was provided.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delivered to the wrong address due to wrong shipping address. Make sure to submit the correct address. Once your package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you pay for us to send for you. You must call USPS to resolve that issue regarding your package.
